Shipping Policy – West Coast Society


1. Processing Time


  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • During busy periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing may take slightly longer.



2. Shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium


  • We ship all orders with a reliable shipping partner (e.g., PostNL, DHL).
  • Delivery time: on average 1–3 business days after shipping.
  • All orders are shipped with a tracking code so you can follow your package.



3. International Shipping


  • We also ship to other European countries and worldwide.
  • Delivery times vary by country and usually range from 5–14 business days.
  • Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.



4. Shipping Costs


  • Within the Netherlands/Belgium: €4.95.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100.
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.



5. Delayed Delivery


  • Please note that we have no control over delays caused by the carrier or customs.
  • If your package arrives later than expected, we ask you to first check the tracking information.



6. Damaged or Lost Package


  • Did your order arrive damaged? Contact us within 48 hours at info@westcoast-society.com with photos of the product and packaging.
  • If a package is lost during shipping, we will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution.
