What is the delivery time?
Within the Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days. International: 5–14 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.
What are the shipping costs?
Within NL/BE: €4.95. Free shipping for orders over €100. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Jewelry must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Can I return earrings?
No, due to hygiene reasons, opened earrings cannot be returned.
How quickly will I get my refund?
Within 14 days after we have received and inspected the return.

Our jewelry is made from high-quality materials (e.g., gold-plated brass), carefully selected and handcrafted.
How do I best care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, perfume, and cosmetics. Store jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a box or pouch.
