Return Policy – West Coast Society

1. Return Period

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
• After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

2. Conditions for Return

• The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• Returns are only accepted in the original packaging.
• Hygienic products, such as earrings, cannot be returned once the seal/packaging has been opened, due to hygiene and health reasons.

3. Exceptions

• Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
• Sale items can only be returned if explicitly stated.

4. Return Costs

• The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility, unless there is an error or defect on our part.
• In the case of a defect or incorrectly delivered item, we will of course cover the return costs.

5. Refund

• Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs of the original order) within 14 days via the same payment method.
• Any additional shipping costs (e.g., express delivery) will not be reimbursed.

• You will then receive instructions and the return address.
