Warranty

• Our jewelry is carefully designed and made from high-quality materials.
• We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, oxidation, or failure to follow our care instructions.
• For a defective piece of jewelry within the warranty period, we will always find a suitable solution: repair, replacement, or refund.

 

Care & Maintenance Tips

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and cosmetics.
• Remove your jewelry when showering, exercising, or sleeping.
• Store jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a box or pouch.
• Gently polish your jewelry with a dry cloth to maintain its shine.

 

Exceptions

• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened.
• Discoloration or damage caused by improper use or not following the care tips is not covered by the warranty.
